B examines the stones and can’t recall if the stones scattered around had always been there. B would have stone circles with a negative connotation. The circles are “wicked” in the sense of a children’s story. Stay away!

S remembering the dream of the creature under the hillock, in the memory there’s no stone on the mound. I was standing on the mound. S is struck by the structure of the space, it doesn’t feel right, feeling unnerved. Inside I feel ok being here, but these walls were built to keep something in. Could imagine somebody else feeling off in here. Maybe the outer mounds and the center were not built together. Seems someone would guard on the outside from something getting out.

We noticed a cave on the cliff side. We hear the wind. A cloud appears abruptly and starts bearing down on us. WE FIGHT!

The storm retreats into the cave and leaves are scattered, revealing the appearance of runes that we already have (messages for Cricket and Silas. We follow but find that the cave is very shallow.

The crack was the entrance to this tunnel. It feels like the tunnel is elongating. When we first went in, the tunnel was wide and short and it connected two places very quickly. Now that we’re standing here, it closes down and is elongating. It feels similar to the other tunnels in that they feel like they are elsewhere.

Cricket notices that as the storm cloud was fighting, there was writing on his cloud body. He couldn’t make it out, but there was writing. B gives C his book so he can scribble down the writing he saw.

C and Silas chess.
